- Cane Bay Plantation is located off Hwy 176, 3 miles West of Carnes Crossroads (Hwy 17A and Hwy 176 intersection)
- From I-26, take exit 199B towards Moncks Corner. Merge on Highway 17A. Turn left onto Highway 176 and continue for approximately 3 miles. Turn right on Cane Bay Blvd. Follow this road for approximately 1.3 miles. Turn right into Old Rice Retreat on Decatur Rd. The sales center is straight ahead

This is great. When does groundbreaking begin?
This is something the developer, Ben Gramling, would know. He stops in from time to time. Next time he is in we will ask and let you know.
