Land Clearing

***Clearing has begun for the 2nd phase of Sweetwater and clearing is almost complete in Tidal Creek. Tidal Creek is the section next to Salt Pointe. This is going to be a new product of all 2 story homes that we are very excited about! Check back for additional information. These are proposed to begin selling late June/beginning of July.
